One March 16, 16-year-old Justin Alexander Casquejo of New Jersey climbed the antennae of One World Trade Center. The teen scaled scaffolding to the 6th floor, took the elevator to the 88th floor and walked the stairs up to the 104th floor. From the rooftop, Casquejo accessed the ladder leading to the antennae of Manhattan's tallest building. He may face up to a year for criminal trespassing.
Under the TIFA (Trade Investment Framework Agreement), the two countries will expand trade ties--this includes agricultural trade and work programs.
